Fieldin is looking for an Office Manager for our Israel site. This is a temporary position for 7 months (maternity leave replacement)- with an option to become permanent.

Responsibilities:
Ensure the office’s day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Take overall office management responsibilities including office maintenance, supplies, equipment, bills, purchasing shopping, etc., and provide administrative support for the Israel site.
Work closely with the HR department, plan and execute employee welfare projects, support the recruiting process and additional processes related to the employee life cycle.
Work closely with the finance department and provide back-office support including for the Israel market collection process.
Experience in an administrative role (possible from the army service as well)– Advantage
Previous experience in the hi-tech industry/startup company – Advantage
People person, service-oriented, energetic and friendly.
Great organizational and time management skills.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to ‘make things happen’.
Ability to work independently, self-starter.
Creativity and out-of-the box thinking.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Hebrew and English.
Relevant academic degree
